Aircraft Technician Job Summary

As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overhauling aircraft components and systems. The role involves performing routine servicing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and replacing faulty parts in engines, avionics, and airframe structures.

To succeed in this position, you must have a solid understanding of technical manuals and be able to work closely with engineers to maintain quality standards. Documenting maintenance work and updating service records are essential responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanics and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, repair, and overhaul aircraft components and systems.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and replace faulty parts in engines, avionics, and airframe structures.
  • Conduct routine servicing and ensure compliance with safety and aviation standards.
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to test and certify aircraft components.
  • Follow technical manuals and work closely with engineers to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Entry Level candidates welcome. Training provided.
  • Candidates with experience in Engine/ Assembly/ Component/ Mechanical will have added advantages.
  • Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Aeronautical/ Aerospace/ Mechanical / Mechatronics or equivalent required.
  • Experience in aviation/aerospace industry not compulsory but advantageous.
