We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the daily operations of our data center in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing data centers or critical environments.
Main Responsibilities- Data Center Operations: Manage and maintain all aspects of the data center, including electrical, mechanical, and preventative maintenance.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with 3+ years in data center or critical environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of BMS, CMMS, Tier standards, and preventive maintenance.
- Certifications: Experience with vendor management, incident response, and compliance.
- Language: Fluent in English, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
