Colour Matching Assistant Job

We are seeking a Colour Matching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of offset paste ink, including mixing, calculation of formulae, and quality control checks.

As a Colour Matching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn new technical skills and work with a variety of equipment, including spectrophotometers. With experience, you may have the opportunity to progress to a colour matcher role, identifying and matching colours efficiently for customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.

  • Mix offset paste ink in production lab using weighing scale and mixer.
  • Calculate formulae to determine amount of ink required.
  • Conduct quality control checks using spectrophotometer.
  • Assist with packaging and dispatching orders.
