Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong business development experience and knowledge of motion control technologies to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic business plans to drive sales growth for Direct Drive Rotary Motors, Linear Motors, and other motion control components.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, gathering market insights and understanding client needs.
  • Craft compelling product presentations showcasing strong product knowledge.
  • Negotiate deals with customers while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Create engaging proposals and deliver effective product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance component offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in any field.
  • Strong business development expertise and knowledge of motion control technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
