Job Summary:

The Infrastructure, Supply Chain, and Procurement team seeks a professional to manage global materials and orders for Data Center build projects. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a globally aligned S&OP process for Power and Cooling team, managing process to collect demand and coordinate with supply chain, and leading cross-functional weekly and monthly Demand and Operations planning cadence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement globally aligned S&OP process for Power and Cooling team
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure alignment with supplier capacity
  • Lead cross-functional weekly and monthly Demand and Operations planning cadence
  • Manage end-to-end life cycle of managed categories from Purchase Order creation to equipment delivery
  • Analyze and reconcile purchase orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Cordinate with suppliers, global supply managers, sourcing managers, and internal customers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide analytical insights to support informed decision making
  • Present regular performance updates to stakeholders
  • Support internal customers with open orders and escalate any issues as necessary
  • Manage cross-functional projects to meet commitments and drive business outcomes
  • Drive supplier improvement initiatives to reduce risk and lower lead times
