The role of a Senior Planner is to support integrated planning across regional accounts.
This includes premium lifestyle brands, multiple markets, and a highly collaborative team.
You will help translate business objectives into actionable media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of cross-channel plans that align with business objectives and marketing direction
- Build media strategies that connect audience insights, media roles, and funnel-based objectives
- Translate business challenges into clear, media-led solutions with actionable recommendations
- Act as the day-to-day strategist on assigned campaigns and workstreams
- Work closely with planning teams to ensure media plans are aligned to strategy and channel roles are clearly defined
- Support the codification and rollout of planning frameworks and best practices
- Use tools such as GWI, Euromonitor, and dashboards to inform audience targeting and campaign strategy
- Help define KPIs and measurement approaches across campaigns
- Work with teams to surface insights that drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with creative and planning teams to ensure alignment across media and content
- Present strategy recommendations with clarity and confidence to teams
- Support strategic alignment meetings, workshops, and campaign post-mortems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 to 6 years of experience in media strategy or integrated planning roles
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build clear presentations and manage planning documents
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media, with hands-on experience planning across OOH, CTV, Print, and Digital
- Strong grasp of strategic planning tools and approaches, including SWOT, audience segmentation, lift studies, media mix modelling, and full-funnel strategy development
- Familiarity with research and planning tools such as GWI, Reach planners, ADEX and Euromonitor
- Ability to turn insights into actionable strategy and frameworks into practical plans
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Experience working across APAC markets, particularly Japan, Korea, India, China or Southeast Asia
- Background in travel, lifestyle, or premium service brands
- Exposure to influencer marketing, content strategy, or upper-funnel campaign planning
