Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.
  • Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Manage electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) records and reports.
  • Monitor temperature environmental conditions and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Report on day-to-day activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical science work experience or prior Life Science internship experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and GMP/GDP guidelines is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams.
