Job Description:

Transforming Information into Intelligence

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge data analytics solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to significantly enhance yield and quality, driving substantial benefits for the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Cumulative Yield Ownership: Lead teams to enhance yields and reliability through data analysis, machine learning, and AI integration within the Dispo workflow.
2. Models/Algorithm Development: Develop state-of-the-art algorithms for data mining, pattern recognition, wafer/die level screening, and efficiency enhancements using ML/DL models.
3. Product Disposition Solutions: Develop and deploy product-disposition solutions to ensure quality and reduce DPM through comprehensive disposition programs/workflows.
4. Deviation Alert System: Create a deviation alert system to monitor yield loss and trends across wafers/dies/cubes.
5. Data Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with IT, Manufacturing, and Operations to develop data infrastructure pipelines using cloud technologies to support reliability and engineering assessments.
6. Mentorship and Development: Mentor team members to foster growth within the team and organization.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams for holistic development and successful shipping of end products.
8. Promotion of Innovation: Promote innovation and drive changes that provide a technical advantage over competitors.
9. AI/ML Advocate: Collaborate to develop, deploy, and validate AI/ML models to improve KPIs such as Quality, Cost, Cycle Time, and Scale.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in data analytics/science; experience in Micron Product Engineering or the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Proven experience leading analytic projects from conception to completion.
Strong leadership and technical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics, data extraction, and analysis tools like JMP, Tableau, and Power BI.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning, with experience in TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
Programming skills in Python, R, SQL, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams; experience mentoring and coaching is a plus.
Flexible, accountable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
On-site work in Singapore with international travel to Taiwan.
