Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT professional to lead and support our operations and systems management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise environments, with hands-on experience in modern device management, identity management, cybersecurity platforms, and AI-assisted tools.

You will oversee daily operations and ensure the stability and security of our infrastructure, while leveraging AI-powered platforms to enhance user support, automate routine tasks, and analyze systems for proactive management. Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Azure AD, Cloudflare, and practical applications of AI in IT service management is strongly preferred.

Candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring efficient and high-quality technical support across the organization, including adoption and administration of AI-assisted support platforms.
  • Overseeing the deployment, configuration, and management of endpoints using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
  • Managing identity and access controls using Azure AD; enforcing conditional access policies, MFA, and user lifecycle workflows.
  • Implementing and maintaining Cloudflare services for DNS management, zero-trust access, and application security.
  • Integrating and managing AI tools for operations, including automation of repetitive tasks, proactive alerts, and predictive maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures, including device security, data protection, and user access.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning of hardware, software, access rights, and AI-supported workflows.
