Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office General Administrator to join our team at DSG CAPITAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned administrator to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, supervising staff, and supporting upper management. The role involves managing agendas, travel plans, appointments, and correspondence, as well as maintaining office supplies and assisting colleagues as needed.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies;
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities to improve performance;
- Manage databases and reports for financial information, personnel, and other data;
- Maintain accurate records and files;
- Assist in planning and organizing events and meetings;
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve productivity and efficiency;
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an office administrator or relevant role;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software;
- Qualifications in secretarial studies are an advantage;
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field;
- Certifications in Microsoft Office and/or office management software;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Project management certification;
- Experience with database management systems;
- Fluency in a second language;
- Competitive salary range S$50,000 - S$70,000 per annum;
