Senior Audit Associate Role

This is a highly skilled position that requires an individual to operate in less standardised work contexts, identifying unethical behaviour and reacting based on applicable ethical principles. The Senior Audit Associate will team lead various sizes of audit engagements, planning, performing, reviewing and concluding the engagement.

  • The ideal candidate will have 1~2 years of experience.
  • Act in accordance with applicable professional standards.
  • Analyse the impact of changing business environment on client's business.
  • Apply project management techniques to manage project timelines.
  • Coach junior team members to achieve technical competency and efficient performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication within cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
  • Identify areas for personal development to improve work performance.
  • Identify client's business and key risks.
  • Implement and provide input to audit plans.
  • Obtain audit evidence to corroborate information.
  • Perform quality audits in compliance with professional standards.
