Job Title: Artistic Performance Director

WANGFU ELITE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Artistic Performance Director to lead the company's on-stage performances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and schedule all assigned on-stage performances, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Rehearsals and Performer Collaboration: Attend rehearsals, work with performers to fine-tune their acts, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Routine Management: Maintain and update weekly performance schedules, guaranteeing smooth operations.
  • Performance Optimization: Assist performers in selecting optimal performance standards, ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Administration and Reporting: Oversee performer administration, including reporting to management, and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff effectively, supporting management in addressing performer-related issues.
  • Meetings and Communication: Attend monthly meetings focusing on stage performance matters and maintain open communication channels with staff and performers.
Requirements:
  • Cultural Competence: Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and performers from East Asia.
  • Experience and Expertise: Hold 3-4 years of experience as a Performing Artiste Manager or a related role, preferably with knowledge of Mandarin Pop, Jpop, or Kpop.
  • Performing Arts Background: Having experience as a performer is advantageous.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with performers through effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Negotiation and Leadership Skills: Proven negotiation and leadership abilities to drive team performance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage audiences and stakeholders.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position ranges between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
