Job Title:Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, building, and executing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Your primary focus will be on driving campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPL. You will also conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and placements to optimize results.

To ensure campaign efficiency, you will develop and refine custom and lookalike audiences. Additionally, you will set up and manage pixel tracking, events, and conversion APIs.

Collaboration with creative and content teams is crucial in developing high-converting ad creatives and copy. You will provide detailed performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Meta's advertising policies, updates, and best practices is essential for success in this role.
