Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, investigating vehicle damages, and recovering vehicles when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process customer complaints regarding vehicle damage reports via phone calls, emails, or onsite visits
  • Investigate vehicle damages, assess repair costs, and follow up with customers
  • Manage accident reports and follow-ups
  • Assist with vehicle recovery if necessary
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Extensive email response experience preferred
  • Previous experience in enforcement, collection, or a related field is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail to identify potential fraud
  • Class 3 or Class 2B driving license (and above) is an asset
