We're looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of skilled Python engineers. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving progress on agreed goals and projects, setting and managing expectations with other teams, and advocating for modern software development practices.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for leading a team of Python engineers, ensuring their growth and development through regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Demonstrate sound engineering principles by directly contributing code yourself and help develop and evangelize great engineering practices.
  • Plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects, coordinate with management and internal stakeholders or customers, and travel globally up to 10% of time for internal events.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You love developing and growing people, have a track record of doing it, and are knowledgeable about agile software development.
  • Experience in cloud computing concepts & technologies, comfortable administering Linux servers, including storage and networking, and hands-on experience with software automation.
  • Organized, willing to deliver high-quality software in a timely manner, and a lifelong learner.
