The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in supply chain or operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in data analysis tools and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Assist senior management with business case development and project funding.
  • Prototype Solutions to simulate process improvement.
  • Define testing and success criteria for the new process.
  • Manage end user training activities and other management of change activities.
  • Develop, implement, and track relevant metrics and KPIs as defined in the business case.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on supply chain processes and procedures.

Additionally, the role requires compliance with HSE requirements, including Environmental Aspects & Impacts Assessment, OHS Hazardous & Risk Assessment, and following HSE Regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain or operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management systems and tools.
  • Demonstrated examples of Project management skills.
