We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance Support professional to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in finance while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
You will work closely with our financial professionals to prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports, coordinate project requirements and timelines, and provide administrative support during client meetings. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, maintain high-quality documentation, and contribute ideas to improve service workflows and client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our finance team, including preparing client documents, meeting notes, and internal updates.
- Client Service: Offer exceptional client service, handling client inquiries via email, calls, or digital platforms professionally.
- Project Management: Coordinate project requirements and timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and other documentation as required.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in client management, operations, or business strategy. You should also be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced team setting.
A minimum Diploma qualification and relevant work experience are preferred. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
