About the Role

We are looking for a talented professional who can perform complex chemical, hematological, and molecular analyses using manual, automated, and microscopic methods. The successful candidate will have experience with clinical trial protocols, data analysis, and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and interpreting analytical results to ensure accuracy and credibility of test results.
  • Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Evaluating reagents and calibrators to ensure the accuracy of analytical results.
  • Implementing corrective actions when indicated to maintain high-quality laboratory results.
  • Assisting with statistical data analysis to detect trends and problems.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Biological Science, or Medical Technology.
  • Relevant diploma holders with over 1 year of relevant medical technology experience are also welcome.
  • Able to commit to a work schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, with flexible hours to meet operational needs.
  • Prior experience in flow cytometry and molecular techniques is an added advantage.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
