Our team is seeking a Project Officer to lead the project of microstructural tailoring for enhanced hydrogen embrittlement resistance.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in research projects, collaborating with a team of researchers to ensure deliverables are completed. Key responsibilities include preparing TEM specimens, conducting failure analysis to correlate hydrogen response with microstructure, maintaining lab equipment and supplies, and assisting in producing high-quality reports that consolidate research findings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in materials science and engineering
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or technical hands-on experience in specific scope
  • Familiarity with required scope (e.g. national codes and standards)
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
