  • Run and confirm inventory allocations daily to ensure seamless inventory communications between customer and warehouse staff.
  • Assist the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Ensure accurate paperwork, matching the WMS and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
  • Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager and team with inventory reports and assignments.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualifications with 1 year of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation are essential.
