• Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
• Prepare samples for analysis and follow standardized protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify the properties of samples and manage the analysis of comparison samples.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in the flavor or food industry, familiarity with GC-MS instrumentation and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm about learning and applying new knowledge.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
