ENSURE ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION OF INVESTMENT ANALYSIS, INCLUDING INVESTMENT MEMOS AND POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS, FOR KEY STAKEHOLDER APPROVAL


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
  • Proven investment professional background with 1-6 years of experience in real estate/infrastructure PE
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and quantitative skills, with ability to think creatively and articulate complex ideas
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills
