Purchasing Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to oversee all purchasing functions and ensure compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform all purchasing functions including sourcing products, price negotiation, and order fulfillment.
  • Execute end-to-end purchase orders and renew contracts on time.
  • Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor purchase rates.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders and suppliers for scheduled supply and preparation of import and export documentation.
  • Prepare technical specifications and drawings for soliciting bids from qualified vendors.
  • Ensure all information is updated in the system.
  • Monitor and expedite delivery according to production schedule.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Building/Purchasing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in purchasing handling, sourcing, contract management, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience in ERP systems for purchasing purposes.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer relation skills.
