Drive Transformational Growth
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving transformational growth initiatives with strategic customers in the region.
You will work closely with customers to understand their organization and identify opportunities to accelerate their transformation using automation and strategic orchestration.
Your primary objective will be to position automation as a change lever for their business, engaging at CXO level to drive growth and alignment with customer objectives.
From envisioning new possibilities to creating disruptive commercial models and building bespoke strategic partnerships, you will leverage your consultative sales expertise to deliver customer-first solutions.
- Driving new business through creative and focused approaches to deal creation and close.
- Developing customer-centric value propositions that weave together solutions and offerings for specific industry segments or organizations.
- Strategic deal leadership, inspiring and executing complex multi-cycle sales engagements across software, support, and services.
- Cross-organization sales team leadership and deal management.
- Using data and reports to gain insights into business and customer challenges.
- Developing commercial strategies and deal structures to create mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.
- Building negotiation strategies and leading negotiations with various customer stakeholders.
- Creating innovative approaches to solve emerging challenges and drive strategic growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven ability to generate results in a matrixed organization, working with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Partner organizations.
- Consultative sales experience in driving multi-faceted transformation deals.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with wider teams to drive impact.
- Strong relationships-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Proven track record of delivering against targets.
- Experience positioning and closing deals with Business Decision Makers and IT decision makers.
- Customer-centric mindset, passionate about building technology-based value propositions that transform businesses.
- Ability to work at CXO level, understanding complexities in large customer organizations.
