Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition/ executive search/recruitment of active and passive IT professionals and in client account management.
About the Role

This is an on-site individual contribution role that will own-up the Technology Recruitment/IT talent search for new / existing named client accounts of the incumbent. The focus is on technology talent search services to meet our clients' requirements.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  2. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  3. The candidate will source, attract, and assess technology professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  4. They will manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Candidate Management: Source, attract, and assess technology professionals through various channels.
  • Recruitment Delivery: Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition/ executive search/recruitment of active and passive IT professionals and in client account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
