Multinational Organisation Invoicing and Billing Specialist Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team as a Multinational Organisation Invoicing and Billing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and sending accurate invoices to customers, ensuring billing is done according to company policies, client agreements, and payment terms.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and send accurate invoices to customers or clients
- Ensure that billing is done according to the company's policies, client agreements, and payment terms
- Review client accounts and billing histories to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Correct billing errors and discrepancies promptly
In addition to invoicing and billing duties, this role will also involve data entry and record keeping, tracking and monitoring client payments, following up on overdue payments, and applying payments to the correct accounts. Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience as an accounting professional
- Fluency in English required to communicate with local or foreign clients
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
