Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including financial statements, disclosures, and other operating reports.
  • Convert financial statements from Singapore GAAP to China GAAP, and follow up on new accounting standards adopted under SFRS and China GAAP.
  • Submit periodic reporting, reporting/announcement, and annual statutory/management reporting requirements in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all relevant disclosures comply with SGX rules and company policies.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial results.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, communicate on key audit matters, and minimize audit differences and adjustments.
  • Liaise with the accounting department to ensure asset and equity transactions comply with asset management policies and procedures.
  • Translate documents into English and Chinese languages as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in finance reporting and financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts.
