Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Finance Industry Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for roles.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Manage high volumes of recruitment activity, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and data-driven insights to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fintech or financial services industries.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sourcing and recruiting experience, with familiarity in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
    • Genuine enthusiasm and interest in the investment and financial industry.
    • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
  • Required to support both front and middle operations.
