Job Description:The Management Training Executive will be responsible for:
- Participating in a comprehensive management training program to develop skills across various departments within the organization.
- Actively learning about company policies, procedures, and best practices through hands-on experience and formal training sessions.
- Assisting in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyzing performance metrics and preparing reports to evaluate operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Collaborating with different departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and human resources, to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
