Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets at each event.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain an organized booth setup and ensure all promotional materials are readily available.
  • Represent the brand professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service and brand presence at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in a direct sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable approaching potential customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively across multiple events.
