Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for supporting financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

  • Assist with periodical and ad-hoc accounting tasks, including trade processing and cash management.
  • Support fund operations, NAV reviews, and coordination with external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on accounting and operational matters.
  • Provide support for compliance function, regulatory filings, monitoring, and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting with relevant certifications.
  • Experience in fund operations, accounting firm, or related roles.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous and dependable.
  • Independent worker with positive work attitude and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Excel (e.g. XLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and experience in Portfolio Management Systems and/or Accounting Software.
  • Singapore Citizen or PR.
