Woodworking Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced woodworker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for precision cutting, fabricating, and installing wooden structures according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches to comprehend project requirements fully
  • Taking accurate measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed
  • Cutting, shaping, and smoothing lumber and other materials as per specifications
  • Building window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings using raw materials or pre-constructed items
  • Laying out floorings, roofings, or drywalls ensuring they are levelled and compatible
  • Carving and assembling furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and installing them where designated
  • Inspecting sites and conducting repairs or maintenance
  • Constructing scaffolding and other construction structures
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a woodworker with hands-on expertise in working with carpentry materials
  • Excellent understanding of woodworking techniques and methods of installation and construction
  • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
  • Able to read technical documents and drawings
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Good physical condition and endurance
