Pharmaceutical Operations Expert

Our organization is seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Specialist. This role involves performing manufacturing operations in accordance with production schedules and ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all assigned pharmaceutical operations, ensuring accurate documentation completion on modules, and meeting performance metrics. Additionally, they will provide timely and accurate information to visual boards, maintain good facility housekeeping, and effectively communicate during shift handovers.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Diploma or Technical School graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance. They must also be willing to work in 12 hours rotating shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, with shift allowances provided.
This is a career conversion program under Workforce Singapore (WSG) and candidates must meet specific criteria and be open to certain conditions. We welcome PMETs/Mid-Careerists with no prior work experience in the Biopharma industry to apply.
