Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead the development of blockchain and AI technologies across Asia-Pacific. You will define and execute technical product roadmaps, build and manage engineering teams, and drive innovation in APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical product strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
  • Manage technical budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure products meet market requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise to support business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in technical product management and/or engineering leadership roles.
  • 5+ years working in APAC markets with understanding of regional technical requirements.
  • Proven track record of shipping enterprise products and scaling engineering teams.
  • Experience building and leading distributed teams of 20+ engineers.
  • Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, with blockchain experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
  • Understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML systems and their intersection with blockchain.
  • Ability to architect systems for enterprise-grade reliability and scale.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern engineering practices.
