About the Role:

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and vendors, providing timely and effective responses to their queries.
  • Coordinate cargo collection from shippers, arranging transportation and logistics services as required.
  • Perform duties related to booking optimization, document preparation, and traffic coordination to ensure cost-efficient export shipments.
  • Prepare and distribute all necessary export documents to relevant parties, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and procedures.
  • Verify and validate documents received from counterparts, finalizing any necessary approvals.
  • Monitor shipment status and upliftment, keeping stakeholders informed and resolving any incidents that may arise.
  • Maintain excellent service standards for both internal and external customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
