Lewe Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned M&E Project Director to lead our high-tech facilities projects with expertise in M&E EPC and EPCM.

About the Role

The M&E Project Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.

This role requires a strong background in mechanical & electrical engineering and cleanroom construction, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Lead the end-to-end management of M&E EPC and EPCM projects, ensuring that all project objectives are met in accordance with contractual agreements and company standards.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budget estimates.
  • Budget and Cost Management:
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are met and that costs are controlled.
    • Prepare and review financial reports, tracking expenditures, forecasts, and project profitability.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the M&E EPC/EPCM industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
