Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to lead our creative team at STUDIO 155 PTE. LTD. in developing innovative and effective visual materials that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute artistic visions for marketing and promotional campaigns, including print, online, social media, and collateral materials.
  • Manage and mentor a team of art directors, graphic designers, photographers, and other creative staff to ensure high-quality output and team growth.
  • Ideate, art direct, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals.
  • Oversee multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors.
  • Prioritize tasks, delegate duties, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing or media buying team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns.
  • Create presentations and project plans, meet with clients, and ensure successful online representation of clients' brands.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and creative trends, identifying opportunities for new initiatives and growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong artistic and creative vision with the ability to guide various creative processes.
  • Leadership and team management skills to inspire and direct a creative team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Technical proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
