About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about driving our mission to ensure 95%+ books for our accounting and bookkeeping customers are up-to-date.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience and 5 years in building and managing accounting or bookkeeping or taxation SaaS products, with strong communication and leadership skills.
Key requirements include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management with a minimum of 5 years in accounting and/or bookkeeping, Tax SaaS products
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders
- Metric-Driven: Deep understanding of business metrics and how to translate them into product decisions
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and making quick, impactful decisions with highlighting of trade-offs
- Bonus: An engineering background, and/or startup experience

The interview process will involve an introductory call, a project or case study or technical test, a career deep dive, a behavioural fit assessment, and reference interviews.
Background screening may also be required, depending on the role.
