Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Cosmetics Consultant who will provide exceptional personalized services to our esteemed clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing makeup techniques, suggesting products tailored to individual preferences, and informing customers about product details such as ingredients, application techniques, and pricing. To thrive in this position, you should have excellent customer service abilities and a thorough knowledge of a wide range of beauty products. Your main objective will be to achieve sales goals while effectively promoting our beauty products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Boost sales and enhance brand presence through expert consultations that create memorable experiences.
  • Skillfully address customer inquiries and leverage sales opportunities, focusing on Fragrances, Makeup, and Skincare.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the counter, maintain appealing product/tester displays, and restock items as needed.
  • Provide outstanding client service by utilizing extensive product knowledge across various categories and channels. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets while adhering to company policies.
  • Build enduring relationships with customers, offering post-sales support and engagement.
  • Keep the store in excellent condition, following visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand ethos.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Makeup and Fragrance products.
  • Certifications in Makeup Artistry, Skincare, or Fragrance are advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to remain calm and friendly during busy periods.
  • Additional education in Cosmetology or a related discipline is preferred.
