Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data analytics efforts and drive strategic decision-making.

  • Lead the development of data infrastructure required to enable rapid adoption of AI in the organization
  • Drive AI adoption for analytics and process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Manage stakeholders to drive large-scale, complex data analysis projects from conception to execution
  • Present business-related analysis to senior management to improve the adoption, volume, and revenue of products
  • Initiate analytical projects with actionable insights and align with business leaders to ensure key actions are carried out

You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify key metrics, build AI-friendly data pipelines, and track and improve these metrics. You will also monitor data processes to ensure teams can rely on quality, timely, and reliable data to make decisions.

This role requires strong SQL skills, experience with data visualization tools, scripting, and data analysis using Python. The successful candidate will be able to lead junior data scientists and provide technical and career developmental guidance.
