We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at DKSH Singapore Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement monthly and ad-hoc purchase plans to maintain optimal stock levels
Monitor and track stock movements into and between warehouses to ensure accuracy of inventory records
Supervise inventory system updates to maintain accurate inventory records
Create purchase orders and ensure timely submission to clients
Track PO fulfillment and highlight major supply issues
Review inventory holdings with Client Management team and follow up on clearance of excess inventory
Actively suggest ways to avoid or minimize excess inventory holding
Prepare timely and accurate inventory reports and KPIs
Ensure compliance to SOP and company policies
Housekeeping of open POs
Execute annual SKU profiling and rationalization exercise
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inventory-related matters

Leadership Responsibilities:
For senior executive positions, opportunities exist to lead junior staff

Key Requirements:
Demonstrate understanding of inventory planning methodologies and systems
Demonstrate basic understanding of distribution centers, distribution, and transport
Experience in inventory management, procurement systems, and logistics operations
Demonstrate working knowledge of SAP material requirements planning (MRP) system
Demonstrate good analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions
Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Education:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

Work Experience:
Up to 1 year's experience in inventory management/demand and supply planning
