Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at IHiS is to drive quality recruitment delivery of IT professionals. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be passionate and resourceful in driving recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with hiring managers to complete job specifications, fine-tune sourcing strategies, and prioritize roles for timely recruitment delivery
  • Screen and qualify suitable candidates before providing a quality short-list to hiring managers
  • Support hiring managers on face-to-face interviewing, including competency-based interviewing
  • Conduct character reference checks for assigned roles
  • Produce timely and accurate recruitment activity and management information reporting
  • Maintain statistical reports addressing issues such as cost per hire and days to fill
  • Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HCM colleagues
  • Provide high-level candidate care throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective changes to employment policies, practices, and procedures
  • Share knowledge and guidance with hiring managers and HCM team members on various recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with the team on projects such as Career Fair, Mass Recruitment, and other Recruitment Campaigns
  • Work synergistically with the dynamic team to achieve recruitment goals
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies
  • Proactively search and contact passive candidates to introduce them to potential open positions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or any relevant discipline
  • Experience in using SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Experience in managing a team of recruiters is an advantage
  • Recruitment experience within the IT industry is a bonus
  • At least 5 years' mix of experience in in-house recruitment and recruiting agency
  • Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
  • Familiarity with web-based recruiting applications and social media resources
  • Skilled in pre-screening methods and competency-based interview techniques
  • Poised and professional communication skills
  • Independent, driven, and hands-on approach
  • Ability to multitask, handle ambiguity, and manage pressure

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
