Job Opportunity: Early Childhood Leadership

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead our team in providing high-quality early childhood education. As a centre leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experience of young children and their communities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and nurturing children, as well as mentoring and guiding a team of professional teachers. You will also contribute to the growth and development of the centre, ensuring that it remains a vibrant and supportive environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the centre team
  • Develop and implement curriculum and pedagogy that aligns with early childhood education standards
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and the community
  • Manage centre operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related field
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting, including infant care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a passion for equipping and inspiring young lives
  • Experience in leading and managing teams in a SPARK Accreditation process
  • Prior experience in managing a centre with multiple bays and/or a capacity of at least 120 children is an added advantage
