Expressive Arts Therapist Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing support for Expressive Arts Therapy sessions, workshops, and campaigns for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by dementia. As an Expressive Arts Therapist Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services and supporting our team's efforts to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Support Expressive Arts Therapy Sessions: Work closely with therapists to coordinate and provide support for EXAT sessions, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for Service Development, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
  • Liaise with Internal Teams and External Partners: Communicate effectively with internal teams, caregivers, and external partners to coordinate programs and resources.
  • Prepare Therapy Spaces: Assist in preparing therapy spaces to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Data Entry and Monitoring: Assist in data entry, monitoring, and cleaning for program evaluation, KPI tracking, system migration, and other reporting requirements.
  • Client Records and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, attendance logs, and consent documentation.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
