Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Associate to assist in the preparation of financial statements. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, tracking outstanding accounts, and preparing financial reports.


  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in bookkeeping of all accounts, including filing invoices and updating purchase listings.
  • Track outstanding accounts and prepare Statements of Account (SOA) for clients on a regular basis.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to sub-contractors and suppliers as assigned, and file original copies with corresponding invoices.
  • Prepare quotations and send to clients as required, and update FM summary records.
  • Prepare invoices and send to clients upon job completion.
  • Update FM summaries with client PO information and issue invoices accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing finance statements for all sites by the end of each month.
  • Monitor office stationery stocks, raise purchase requisitions, and order necessary items.
  • Monitor staff uniform and pants stocks, raise purchase requisitions, and order required items.
  • Monitor spare parts stocks and update inventory lists.
  • Correspond with stakeholders and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax return tabulation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with at least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Infotech experience is advantageous.
