Sourcing Specialist Opportunity

Procurement excellence is crucial for successful business operations. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers and developing relationships with domestic and international vendors.

A strong background in procurement, vendor development, and supply chain management within the chemical industry is essential. Proficiency in multiple languages, including Hindi, English, and Mandarin (Chinese), is also required for effective global communication.

To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with 8 to 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers
  • Ensure supplier compliance with industry regulations
  • Manage and optimize procurement processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate vendor audits and quality assessments
