Pyrotechnics and Special Effects Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pyrotechnics and Special Effects Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling and installing pyrotechnics and special effects for live shows and events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate pyrotechnics displays
  • Prepare, execute, and install technical facilities
  • Handle and install pyrotechnics and special effects
  • Assist in coordinating with clients on stage props requirements
  • Set up, install, rigging, and truss stage props, equipment, and systems
  • Perform props maintenance and running

Requirements:

  • Preferably with working experience in both outdoor and indoor venues
  • NITEC/GCE O Level, preferably in Audio Engineering or equivalent
  • Must be computer literate
  • Those with electrical knowledge will be an advantage
  • Must be willing to work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to commence work within short notice
  • Training will be provided
