Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain process designs for FPSO hulls, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process designs with other disciplines, such as mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Perform equipment sizing, piping line sizing, and system UFD/PFD development.
  • Develop and update process data sheets, P&IDs, and other relevant documents.
  • Review and comment on technical proposals from vendors, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  • Liaise with other disciplines to gather relevant information for process design.
  • Understand and apply safety-related drawing and documents, such as safety plans, area classification, and safety signaling.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of process simulation tools, such as PRO-II and HYSYS.
  • Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, and other safety studies to ensure safe and reliable process designs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in hull process engineering or similar activities.
  • Experience in FPSO projects, topsides, and marine systems.
  • Proficiency in process simulation tools, such as PRO-II and HYSYS.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, such as ABS, LR, and DNV Rules.
