Job Title: Product Marketing Leader

The Snap Inc. team is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for our App performance marketing solutions.

You will use your expertise in marketplaces, platforms, and products used by Direct Response advertisers to inform product roadmaps, build global go-to-market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Product Management & Sales teams to launch advertising products and grow their adoption in the APAC region
  • Represent product teams in the markets by setting goals, managing product launches, and implementing activations to drive adoption
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies
  • Use market knowledge and analytical mindset to properly inform product roadmaps through the collection and systematic extraction of key themes coming in from marketers and advertisers who use the platform
  • Drive successful cross-functional alignment on go-to-market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly
  • Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat's performance solutions for advertisers
  • Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the performance digital ads competitive landscape, especially for App acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for verticals such as Gaming, Retail, Tech, or Finance
  • Ability to transform complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills; ability to identify new opportunities and improve overall product marketing strategy
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute go-to-market plans
  • A team player who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Ability to lead market research to identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, constantly assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback, and competitive benchmarking

Qualifications:

  • Native/fluent in Mandarin
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing/product strategy or other relevant digital marketing/sales work
