Job Title: Cybersecurity Resilience Governance Preparedness Professional

The role entails overseeing the management and response to incidents related to digital and info-communication networks and services in Singapore. Key responsibilities include undertaking incident management responses, monitoring and reviewing network information feeds, conducting horizon scans of regional and international incidents affecting digital infrastructure, and assisting in the development of regulatory frameworks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' experience in info-communication and media field
  • Knowledge of cloud, digital, and info-communication networks and associated technologies
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake incident management responses and activities pertaining to key digital and info-communication and media services in Singapore.
  2. Monitor and review network information feeds in the IMDA Monitoring and Operations Command Centre.
  3. Conduct regular horizon scans of incidents affecting digital and info-communication infrastructure and services in the region and beyond.
  4. Conduct root cause investigations and initiate enforcement actions on contraventions of relevant regulations and frameworks.
  5. Assist in the regular review and development of regulatory frameworks and initiatives relating to the resilience of digital and info-communication networks and services in Singapore.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years' experience in info-communication and media field
  • Knowledge in cloud, digital and info-communication networks and associated technologies will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to work on 12-hour shifts
